The 10th Annual Texas A&M University System Pathways Student Research will once again be held at Texas A&M University at Galveston on November 9-10, 2012. The Galveston branch campus of Texas A&M University hosted the very first Pathways Symposium in 2003. This year, we expect over 500 undergraduate, masters, and doctoral students to present their research  with both poster and oral presentations. Participants will include students, administrators, faculty, and staff from Texas A&M University-Commerce, Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, Texas A&M University-Kingsville, Prairie View A&M, West Texas A&M, Tarleton State University, Texas A&M University-International, Texas A&M University, Texas A&M University-Central Texas, Texas A&M University-San Antonio, Texas A&M University-Texarkana, and Texas A&M University at Galveston.

Students will present poster and oral presentations Friday afternoon and Saturday morning. Throughout the symposium, students from the participating TAMU System schools will engage in various activities highlighting the unique features of the Galveston campus. There will be a dinner on Friday evening on Galveston Island with tours of the 1877 Tall Ship Elissa, The 1900 Storm Museum, and the Ocean Star Drilling Rig Museum.

Bus and Parking Information

Buses will park on campus in the outer lot of Sea Aggie Center. Parking passes will be distributed approximately 1 week prior to the conference.

Registration Fee: $50 per participant

Each university will be invoiced for their participants after registration closes. Registration for judges will be complimentary.
