Poster Session

TCDL 2010 will include a poster session as part of the Welcome Reception held on the evening of May 17. At the poster session, selected participants can present on projects and topics related to digital libraries and scholarly communications. These presentations may, but are not required to, adhere to the TCDL 2010 theme: Collaboration.

Prior to the poster session, presenters will participate in "Minute Madness," where they will deliver a minute-long summary of their poster's subject.

Workshops and Forums

On the afternoon of May 18, we have reserved three additional meeting rooms in the AT&T Conference Center to provide opportunities for TDL members to hold forums and workshops in which they can discuss issues and share practical information on topics relevant to digital libraries and scholarly communications.

If you would like to reserve one of these rooms to hold a workshop or forum, please contact TDL Program Coordinator Ryan Steans at info@tdl.org.

In your e-mail, please provide a short summary of the purpose, duration, and intended audience for your meeting. Space is limited, so please respond as early as possible.
